Shipping starts at just $2.99 – you may select economy or priority shipping at current USPS rates. The paperbacks make great gifts – just indicate who you’d like them autographed to in the “Comments” field when you order. With any paperback purchase, you may also instantly download the e-book edition for free!
E-Books are available DRM-free in multiple formats for whatever e-reading device you prefer. They come standard in PDF format, but are also available in EPUB (Nook/iPad/Stanza), MOBI (Kindle), LRF (Sony eReader) and PDB (Palm Doc). Just email me after ordering and I’ll be happy to send you whatever format you need. There is no shipping charge for e-book orders, which may be downloaded instantly upon ordering (in PDF format).
